2015 International Surf Festival

The  International Surf Festival returns to Manhattan Beach, Hermosa and Redondo Beach on

Thursday, July 30th – Sunday, August 2nd

The 2015 International Surf Festival is underway in the Beach Cities! With special events being run in Redondo, Hermosa, Manhattan Beach and Torrance Beach the event showcases the best of our beach community with ocean and land athletic competitions.

Some of the events include a lifeguarding competition, a sand run, bodysurfing, surfing contests Lifeguard Competition, Dory Races, Paddleboard Race and much more. However, the king of the contests is properly known as the Charlie Saikley Volleyball Tournament- or to anybody else, just the 6-Man. The beauty of the festival is that although some of the competitions are demonstrations of professional athleticism, you can participate in many of the other events.
