I was discussing how many employment opportunities that exist in the South Bay with a friend recently when she mentioned how many top name manufacturers have their U.S. Corp. headquarters in Torrance. Japanese automobile manufacturers Toyota and Honda maintain their North American headquarters in the South Bay, in the city of Torrance. Nissan was also headquartered in the South Bay until late 2005, when they relocated to Tennessee. Torrance continues to demonstrate its determination to provide a mixture of fine homes, a positive business/corporate environment and a safe atmosphere for living and raising a family. Read More
Boy what excitement here on the beach in Redondo. I'm here in great anticipation of the annual 4th of July Fireworks event put on every year. Nothing is more important in marketing your home for the sale as staging. This has become a buzz word in the industry and on Television. And as it shows, can be very expensive. But it does not have to be. De-clutter and de-personalize your rooms; if your rooms have too much furniture, remove some to make the rooms look more spacious. And make sure your garage and closet areas are included. Also remember that yards should show some care. Have any weeds removed; make sure all is watered well. A few in season flowers will do wonders. Another tip is to hose down the structure itself. Now that you have done all this your house will show splendidly. Read More
Hermosa Beach neighbors and friends that live on the 'walk street' take pride in our Hermosa Beach Walk Street Homes and yards and value our beach-side lifestyle. They walk down to the beach many times each day, or go up to the many commercial stores that are close by. The reason they all love living here is the fact that the walk streets do not have any type of auto traffic on them, and they know that the children are always safe and sound. Not too many cites in the South Bay have walk streets like this, and all strive to keep them safe and keep them clean for the kids to play. These residents are fortunate to have these semi private passages to the beach where the kids can play in each others yards and are safe. Read More
