Hollyglen is one of the more sought after areas of Hawthorne. It is freeway  close. A great Wiseburn school district. And a hop and skip from El Segundo and Manhattan Beach shopping.  Back in its development homes were cheap by today’s standards as you can see from the brochure. Currently Hawthorne 360 is being built not too far from Hollyglen.

Today homes in Hollyglen can sell for as much as $700,00 and up.
