 Headed for Another Housing Crisis? Is the Current Pace of Home Sales Sustainable? There are still lots of buyers who are needing to purchase a home before the end of the year.  Interest rates are creeping up and buyers want to still take advantage of the lowest interest rates in years!  We are still in a Seller’s Market in the South Bay, but there may be a slight shift in 2017.

There are some experts questioning whether the current pace of residential home sales is sustainable. Are too many people buying homes like in 2004-2006? Are we headed for another housing crisis? Actually, if we look closely at the numbers, we can see that we are looking at a very healthy real estate market.  Look here at the graphs!
