Inglewood SoFi

The Super Bowl  pits the local kids- the Rams against the Bengals at SoFi stadium in Inglewood.

The stadium is technically not finished as parking and associated business along Prairie ave. are in transition.

However, besides game day gridlocks, the real estate market has experienced a large expansion already.
