Back Story:

Back in the 1990’s, I had a farm area in North Torrance.  I was privileged to meet many wonderful residents of this neighborhood. The owner’s daughter has been on my email list for many years.  When it came time to sell mom’s home, the daughter told her brother to call me!  So many years – keeping in touch works!
