Rose Float Fundraising
The Torrance Rose Float Association raises funds through fundraising effort to support the cost of the fees associated with entering a float in the Rose Parade. Funds go to support the cost of the float (supplements what the City funds) and also to feed the hundreds to volunteers who decorate the float during decorating week.
