Westchester and Playa del Rey properties are enjoying a spike in home values as the Silicon Beach grows in popularity amongst tech firms.
The latest company to join is Yahoo, as they leave their Santa Monica Headquarters for a long-term lease for a 130,00-square-foot space at the Collective Campus in Playa Vista. Home of Playa Vista the home development, the Clippers basketball facility and a large group of other notable companies like a little internet company named You Tube, Microsoft, and Facebook.
