Torrance High School – 100 Years Centennial

Torrance High School will be celebrating it’s 100th birthday in 2017. Built in 1917, it’s the oldest high school in Torrance. Built with unique architectural design, it was honored with an Historic Building plaque in 1983.

Hollywood has found its way to Torrance High School. Both “Beverly Hills 90210” and “Buffy, the Vampire Slayer”, were filmed here.  Movies such as  She’s All That,  She’s All That and Not Another Teen Movie were also filmed there.
