For the second year, UCLA Young Scholars and the Torrance Unified School District have partnered together to bring South Bay students an enriching summer learning experience. The Young Scholar’s Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) program will engage students in problem-solving processes by working in teams to engineer a solution to a problem. Students will learn math and science, engage in critical thinking, and most importantly, have fun! We can’t wait to see you there!

FOR: Students entering grades 1 – 6.

WHEN: August 11-15, Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 12:00PM

COST:Registration is $195 per student.
(All Young Scholars will receive a UCLA t-shirt and a notebook)

LOCATION: Fern Elementary School, 1314 Fern Ave, Torrance, 90503
