Congratulations! You are about to close on your home purchase. You have signed your pages and pages of loan documents, sent the balance of your deposit and closing costs to your escrow officer and now what? Let’s walk thru the home again!
In many cases, you have only been there 2-3 times. At the first showing; perhaps a 2nd showing. You got to learn about your home from the inside/out during the home inspection. You may have even taken photos at that time. Or asked the sellers to do some repairs. So now that you have signed your loan documents and wired your $, now let’s go back into the home. We can check for repairs, take measurements and find out how the sprinkler systems work .. or even say hi to the neighbors!
